Please read all the polices before booking!

A non-refundable $50 +tax booking fee is required to secure your appointment time + date.
The booking fee will go towards your grand total and is not an additional fee.
All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued once the services are completed. I will do my best to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and results. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please email info@beautywithshirley.com
Rates are subject to change without notice.
I reserve the rights to refuse any service to anyone at our discretion.

PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE/ARE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Actively positive with COVID 19 or have been in contact with someone who has been tested positive recently
• If you are pregnant/breast feeding (at risk and sensitive due to change in hormones)
• If you are under the age of 18
• If you have any active cold sores, shingles. skin rashes, sun burns, acne, ezcema, psoriasis, blemishes, lesions / undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area of the procedure
• If you have deep wrinkles in the brow area (may give brows an uneven look)
• If you have had facial surgery in the last 4 months
• If you recently got any Botox/Fillers done within 5 weeks
• If you have active cold sores or history of cold sores (MUST see doctor to get prescribed antiviral herpes medication a week prior to appointment)
• If you are diabetic (will not heal properly) - must provide doctor written consent
• If you have been taking Accutane within the last 12 months (extremely sensitive & thin skin)
• If you take blood thinning medication (increased bleeding which prevents pigment deposit)
• If you have any autoimmune disorders
• If you have epilepsy (seizures or fainting)
• If you use retinol/retinoids (VITAMIN A) - must be off atleast for 4-5 weeks
• If you have any skin allergies to pigmentation or makeup
• If you have skin cancer
• If you are suffering from bleeding disorder such as hemophilia or have healing disorders
• If you have a pacemarker or have major heart problems
• If you are undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy
• If you are taking steroid medication
• If you are allergic to Lidocaine, Prilocaine, Benzocaine, Tetracaine and Epinephrine in a cream or gel form are typically used as anesthesia/numbingIf you do not clear all of the qualifications mentioned above,please DO NOT book an appointment. Inquire with your doctor first. If you arrive to the appointment with any of the contraindications, the service will be subjected to a cancellation and forfeiting your booking fee. We have the right to refuse service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
We cannot accommodate for late arrivals as it may overlap with following appointments that day and will not be fair to other clients.
A new booking fee is required to book another appointment at the current rate.

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of your booking fee so please make sure you are 100% before booking.
If you need to reschedule your appointment 48 hour notice is required or your booking fee will be forfeited. Booking fee can be transferred only once.
If for any reason you cannot make it to your appointment, please extend the courtesy of texting or emailing to let me know.
Rescheduling can be done a max of 2 times with proper notice. After 2 reschedules, your appointment will be cancelled, booking fee forfeited and you will not be able to book any future appointments.

If you decide to no show on the day of the appointment with zero notice, you will be charged 50% of the service with the credit card that is saved on file.
If you wish to book another appointment, service is to be paid 100% upon booking.
As a courtesy, we will send an email & text reminders 2-3 days prior and on the day of your appointment time.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time & date to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.

All permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process which means you may need a touch up to achieve the desired results.
It is the clients responsibility to book the necessary touch up.
Healed results will vary with each individual. While strictly adhering to the aftercare is crucial, I have no control over what occurs during the healing process.
NO guarantees can be made.
Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors such as; lifestyle, skin type, proper after care, current lip colour, eyebrow hair, bone structure, skin care products, any medications before and after can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.In order for your new brows/lips to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions provided!
These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service.
Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

If you have any previous PMU tattoos, you must submit a photo to info@beautywithshirley.com for approval before booking.

How to get there
Driving & parking
There is ample parking in the parking lot plaza:
Look for 4220 on the giant plaza signs.
If you see Steeles Paint or Longshot - you’re in the right plaza
Park infront of Lexi Nails & Spa
Public transport
By bus — 60A/60B travels from Pioneer Village Station right outside the main plaza where it is a 1 minute walk to the studio (inside Lexi Nail and Spa)

Please also contact us if you are running late. There is a grace period of 15 minutes before your appointment is cancelled and your booking fee is forfeited.
If you are more than 10 minutes early to your appointment, kindly wait in your car / outside and text me upon arrival.
